Monisha Nakra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and business strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Analytics at Airbnb since February 2022, Monisha has previously held significant roles at Citi India from June 2011 to January 2022, including Head of Cards & Loans Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed the creation of analytical capabilities and data-driven insights for various business teams. Achievements include leading strategic projects and developing the 'VERACITY' repository for rapid insight generation, as well as transforming sales planning processes through automation. Monisha began a career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
