Jeannette C. is an experienced executive recruiter and product management professional with a strong background in building and leading teams. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at Airbnb since March 2019, Jeannette is responsible for hiring senior executives and establishing best practices for in-house executive recruiting. Prior to Airbnb, Jeannette worked at Google as an Executive Recruiter, focusing on leadership positions in product and engineering. Jeannette's earlier experience includes serving as a Principal Executive Recruiter at Howard Fischer Associates, leading C-level searches, and various roles at Excite@Home, where responsibilities included launching international products and managing product development. Jeannette also held positions at General Magic and Apple, contributing to product management and software engineering.
