Hélène Bassinet has extensive experience in safety coordination and performance management, currently serving as Safety Partner Performance Lead at Airbnb since April 2018. In this role, Hélène drives performance at partner sites, leveraging data to enhance safety efforts. Previous positions at Airbnb include Safety Team Coordinator, Senior Safety Ambassador, and Crisis Management Investigator, focusing on empathetic resolution of safety incidents and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Airbnb, Hélène worked with the Christina Noble Children's Foundation as Child Sponsorship Coordinator, the Irish Hospice Foundation as Fundraiser Trainee, and in various roles at arvato Financial Solutions, providing customer support and financial management. Hélène holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Université Rennes 2 and has pursued further education at IBAT College Dublin and The Open University.
