Chelsea Zamora is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in executive search. Currently serving as a Principal Executive Recruiter at Airbnb since February 2021, Chelsea previously held roles at Twitter as a Talent Acquisition specialist focusing on executive search from April 2018 to February 2021, and at Spencer Stuart as an Associate in the Financial Officer Practice from January 2016 to April 2018. Chelsea began a career in consulting at Lancor, a retained executive search firm, from July 2012 to December 2015. Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard University and completed a Summer Program in International Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
