Bistra Hinova currently serves as the MLRO for Airbnb Payments UK Limited since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bistra held the position of Associate Director of Financial Crime Compliance and Data-driven Analysis at Exiger from July 2019 to August 2022, leading engagements in complex data projects and forensic investigations for regulators and banks across the UK, US, and Europe. Bistra's experience also includes several positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2014 to July 2019, with roles ranging from AVP in Financial Crime Compliance Advisory to Analyst, focusing on markets, securities services, and wealth management. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Business Analytics Analyst at Aegon from August 2013 to May 2014. Bistra holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Edinburgh Napier University, completed in 2013.
