Abhinav Sood currently serves as the Trust Platform Integrity Regional Manager at Airbnb, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on identity fraud, online content risk, and monetary risk, alongside enhancing decision accuracy through AI automation since September 2022. Prior to this, Abhinav held several key positions at Uber from February 2016 to September 2022, including Head of Quality and Risk, where Abhinav established a team for platform fraud and collaborated on product planning with global teams. Earlier experiences include roles at i3 Consulting Private Ltd. and KPMG India, focusing on strategic transformations, process audits, and market entry plans across various industries. Abhinav holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi and has successfully completed multiple finance certifications.
