Dr. Vacharavadh Piyarattanamongkol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and leadership development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Leadership Solutions at AirAsia since September 2022, Dr. Vacharavadh focuses on talent growth and leadership development while collaborating with management to enhance future skill capabilities. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Organization Development & Learning at Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited and Head of the Training Management Center at AirAsia. Dr. Vacharavadh’s background spans several managerial positions at Unilever, developing training strategies and capabilities for diverse teams. Dr. Vacharavadh holds a Doctor of Education in Lifelong Learning and Human Development from Silpakorn University, along with a Master's degree in Labor Economics & Human Resource Management from Chulalongkorn University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources Management from the University of Sunderland.
