Fredrik Rydahl is an experienced professional specializing in operational excellence and lean management, currently serving as the Director of Operation Excellence at Aira since June 2023. Prior roles include Lean Specialist at Vargas Holding and Lean Manager at LOTS Group, where a focus on optimized logistics was prominent. Fredrik's extensive experience at Scania Group spanned several roles from 2000 to 2017, including Production Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included production and product improvements, and roles in export coordination and order handling. Fredrik holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed in 1998.
