William Lapthorn is an experienced aircraft systems engineer currently working at Air Transport International, Inc. since June 2019, after serving as an Engineering Component Research and Effectivity Controller. Lapthorn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from Miami University in 2019, following an Associate's degree in the same field from Southern State Community College in 2016. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Senior Research Analyst at ASTAR Air Cargo from September 2000 to August 2012, and Helicopter Repair in Aeroscout for the US Army Aviation from December 1980 to May 1990.
