Rich Jahr's work experience includes various roles at Air Liquide. From 1984 to 2008, they held positions such as Sales Professional, Engineering Manager, Regional Manager, VP of Information Systems, VP of Strategic Planning, President of Electronics, and President of Large Industries. In 2008, they became the Zone VP for Central and Eastern Europe, and in 2010, they became the CEO for Middle East and Africa. Finally, in 2016, they assumed the role of Chief Customer Officer at Air Liquide.

Rich Jahr attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1979 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering.
