Arpita Ganguly is a skilled Talent Development professional with extensive experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at Air Liquide since April 2022, Arpita provides expertise in talent management programs and leadership development across the EAMEI region. Prior to this role, Arpita held multiple positions at DACHSER from August 2007 to March 2022, including heading Talent Management and L&D initiatives for the Indian subcontinent. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Specialist role at Afl Private Limited and HR Officer at PAAM Eatables, where Arpita managed various HR activities. Arpita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Jamia Hamdard, a Two-Year Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Botany from Delhi University.
