Belal Uddin is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a 1st Line Support Engineer at Air IT since April 2023, Belal previously held the same position at Office Ready Technology Ltd from January to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Advisor at NOW from April to December 2022 and as a Customer Service Assistant at Wickes from April 2019 to April 2022. Belal also completed a Cyber Security Trainee program at IT Career Switch between January 2020 and April 2021. Educationally, Belal attended Barking Abbey School from September 2011 to June 2016, followed by Barking Abbey School Sixth Form from September 2016 to June 2018.
