Amrita Sharan began their career as a Management Trainee with Indian Airlines in 1989 and rose to become the first lady Director-Personnel of Air India, serving on the Board of Directors for both Air India Ltd and AI Airport Services Limited. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, they have effectively managed employee relations and driven engagement initiatives through significant organizational changes. Amrita holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Human Resources Management from LN Mishra Institute in Patna. Currently, they serve as the Director of Personnel at Air India Limited.
