Emilie Villiaumey has been with Air France KLM Martinair Cargo since November 2005, currently serving as Responsable déploiement du Lean Durable and Chargée de projet, where responsibilities include coordinating logistics projects, defining operational initiatives, and assisting in quality management. Emilie has also held roles related to Express solutions, overseeing operational support and product development, as well as strategic assistance in revenue management for cargo operations. Prior to this, Emilie gained customer service experience as an Agent d’Escale Commercial at Air France and as an Agent de voyages at Nouvelles Frontieres Distribution S.A., where client engagement and travel planning were key responsibilities.
