K. Fray, PMP, currently serves as the IZX Solution Adoption and Service Lead at the Air Force Research Laboratory, with a detail to the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN). K. Fray also holds the position of National Security Fellow at the Truman National Security Project, focusing on fostering inclusive dialogue and innovative solutions in the realm of national security. Previously, K. Fray was Project Lead for the Defense Innovation Unit's DICE Portfolio, facilitating collaboration across Department of Defense programs. Prior roles include Chief of Staff and Director of the National Service Portfolio at NSIN, and Senior Project Manager at Advanced Information Systems Group, Inc., where a team supported Military Sealift Command operations. K. Fray earned a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Barry University.
