Gloria Silva has extensive experience in dispatching, with a career spanning over 15 years in the HVAC and mechanical services industry. Currently serving as a Dispatcher at Air Control Systems since July 2018, Gloria efficiently routes technicians across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, manages inbound customer and technician calls, and coordinates equipment installations. Prior roles include Dispatch Manager at Artic Mechanical, Inc., and Dispatcher positions at Source Refrigeration & HVAC, The ICEE Company, and American Residential Services. Gloria holds a Medical Billing and Coding degree from UEI College and a high school diploma from Coachella Valley High School.
