Andrea Young, MBA, serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Ensemble Innovation Ventures and Delta Dental of Colorado, and as Senior Vice President of Technology at AIR Communities, where leadership encompasses global IT strategies and project delivery for a real estate investment trust. Previously, Andrea held the role of President and CEO of the Colorado Technology Association, driving advocacy and economic development within Colorado's tech industry. Andrea's extensive experience also includes significant positions at BI Incorporated, where responsibilities included overseeing product development and technology strategy, and Janus Capital Group, where strategic IT governance and corporate risk management were key focuses. Andrea holds an MBA from the University of Denver, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and a certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management in Managing Complex Product Development.
