Wei Mao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Manager of Call Center and Marketing & Sales Manager at AIR CHINA LIMITED (NORTH AMERICA) since October 2016, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives across several states in the northwest region. Wei has also worked as a System Specialist of Call Center for Air China since February 2019, focusing on rebuilding system structures and developing an AI system for the call center. Prior to these roles, Wei held the position of Project Manager of North American Network at Air China from January 2008 to October 2016, completing key projects such as interline pricing. Wei holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Beihang University and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Technology, as well as International and Technology Science from Beijing Normal University.
