Naseer Shafiq has over 13 years of experience in the aviation and retail industries. Since October 2010, Naseer has served as a Maintenance Planner at Air Canada, where responsibilities include maintaining and updating maintenance plans for aircraft, ensuring regulatory compliance, creating and managing work orders, coordinating with operational teams to optimize maintenance efficiency, and supporting safety management systems. Prior to this role, Naseer worked as a Mortgage Agent at Northwood Mortgage and as a Manager at The Source by Circuit City from August 2004 to June 2008, where duties encompassed enhancing customer service, achieving sales goals, staff recruitment and training, compliance with safety regulations, and administrative oversight for store operations. Education was completed at Seneca Polytechnic.
