Rachel Diamond is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various companies, including R/GA and FBI Talent Co. Rachel has held significant leadership roles, such as Global Director of Talent Acquisition at R/GA and Business & Strategy Talent Manager at FBI Talent Co. Additionally, Rachel has contributed to recruitment efforts in freelance capacities and served in various recruitment and human resources roles at firms like Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Digitas. With a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, Rachel is currently an Active Member of AIR Allies in Recruiting since October 2020.
