Gonzalo Burgaleta Aza is a co-founder and manager at AION Consulting in Luxembourg since May 2023, specializing in assisting clients in achieving financial and operational performance targets, particularly in the financial sector. Prior to this role, Gonzalo served as a senior consultant at PwC Luxembourg from August 2019 to April 2023, providing advisory services on tax, legal, and accounting matters, with a focus on M&A transactions in real estate and private equity. Additionally, Gonzalo was a guest lecturer for the Master in Private Equity and Investment Funds program at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg from February 2022 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes work at LBBW in a legal team handling banking law matters. Gonzalo holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International & European Tax Law from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in European Law from Maastricht University, alongside prior education at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
