Pamela Martinson is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Aion since December 2023 and as Chief Legal Officer at Visionary Fiber Technologies since January 2023, where legal counsel is provided to the CEO and board, along with management of strategic transactions. Previously, Martinson was a Retired Partner at Sidley Austin LLP, having built a robust practice in syndicated and leveraged finance, representing various financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, following a successful tenure as Partner at both Bingham McCutchen and Cooley LLP. Martinson holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA/MBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Denver.
