Awais Khan P.Eng., PMP® is an experienced Project Manager and Power Systems Engineer at Ainsworth Inc since August 2017, focusing on the development and testing of power system substations. Prior to this role, Awais served as Assistant Manager at K-Electric Ltd from April 2013 to December 2014, where responsibilities included improving reliability and efficiency in electrical network maintenance, as well as conducting annual preventive and corrective maintenance for high voltage distribution systems. Awais began an engineering career as an Engineer in Training, preparing technical reports and managing maintenance projects. Awais holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick (2015-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology (2009-2012).
