Morgan Craig-Broadwith, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Global HR Manager at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since April 2023. Morgan is the Founder and Executive Director of the Working Mother Experience, a non-profit organization in Calgary that empowers working mothers to share their stories through art. Additionally, Morgan operates a speaking and retreat business focused on helping women achieve balance between work and home life. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Operations and Program Strategy at Cenovus Energy, where Morgan emphasized diversity and inclusion initiatives, and Health Services Advisor at ConocoPhillips, where responsibilities included overseeing employee wellness programs. Morgan holds an Executive MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and has advanced degrees in Exercise Physiology and Psychology from Queen's University.
