Meghna Singh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Meghna is currently working at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) as the Managing Director, Head of Strategy and Innovation since July 2023. Their previous roles at AIMCo include Managing Director, Strategy and Planning from December 2021 to July 2023, and Director positions in Business Technology. Prior to their time at AIMCo, Meghna worked at Wipro Technologies Canada as a Portfolio Manager and Program Manager. Meghna also served as a Senior Business Consultant at ATCO Group and held various positions at Accenture. Meghna began their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies and conducted research as a PhD Researcher at the University of Alberta.

Meghna Singh completed their education starting from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. Meghna then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta from 2002 to 2004. Following that, Meghna completed their PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta between 2004 and 2009. In 2023, they attended the Harvard Business School for the Advanced Management Program. Additionally, Meghna holds certifications from the CFA Institute, including the CFA Investments Foundation Certificate and CFA Level I.
