Antoine Feryn is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in sourcing, underwriting, execution, and asset management of value-add opportunities across Europe. Currently serving as a Principal at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since January 2019, Antoine manages five active Joint Ventures. Previous roles include Associate Portfolio Manager and Senior Associate, as well as a Board Observer at ila since January 2023. Antoine also held the position of Senior Investment Analyst at Henley Investment Management Ltd from November 2016 to November 2018, and worked at CBRE Global Investors as an Acquisition Analyst for a €800m Pan European Value Add Fund. Earlier experience includes roles at GE Capital Real Estate, CBRE, Deloitte, and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG. Antoine holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from ESSCA and a Licenciatura in Finance from Universidad La Salle, A.C.
