Carlie H. is an Account Executive at Aileron Communications, responsible for public relations, government affairs, and community engagement strategies for renewable energy projects across multiple states. Previously, Carlie served as a Senior Communications Coordinator and Associate at C-Strategies Inc., managing diverse accounts and client communications. Carlie's extensive experience also includes roles as a Research Assistant at Bryn Mawr College, a Biogeochemistry Research Intern at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, and various internships in legislative operations and campaign assistance. As a co-founder of Vote16 Illinois, Carlie played a significant role in advocating for expanded voting rights for younger citizens. Carlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Biology from Bryn Mawr College and graduated from Northside College Preparatory High School.
