Jorge Conde Rendeiro currently serves as the Head of Accident & Health for Iberia at AIG, where responsibilities include profit center and P&L management and active participation in senior leadership committees. Prior roles at AIG include A&H Partnerships Lead for EMEA and Campaign Manager for Direct Marketing. Jorge's experience also encompasses a tenure at GoContact as VP of Marketing & Sales, overseeing global marketing strategies, and significant positions at MetLife, including Direct Operations & Digital Sales Director, where effective management of multi-site operations contributed to substantial sales growth. Education includes an MBA in Marketing Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Master's degree in History from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
