Conor Murray is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Chief Claims Officer for North America at AIG since April 2023. Prior to AIG, Conor held leadership roles at Glatfelter Insurance Group as President of both Glatfelter Insurance Services and Glatfelter Claims Management, Inc. from February 2021 to April 2023. Experience at AXA XL included positions as Head of Specialty Claims for the Americas and Head of Global Lines Claims for North America between July 2018 and February 2021. Conor's career also encompasses significant roles at XL Catlin, Penn National Gaming, Travelers, and ACE Group, where responsibilities ranged from marine claims oversight to risk analysis. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
