Ashan Subodha is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in AIESEC in Sri Lanka, currently serving as Local Committee President since April 2021, overseeing over 300 members and gaining expertise in governance, financial management, team bonding, and organizational development. Previously, Ashan held the role of Local Committee Vice President for Outgoing Global Talent & Teacher, where skills in International Relations and customer relations were developed. Ashan also demonstrated leadership as Organizing Committee President for Talent Path 1.0, the largest Global Career Fair in Sri Lanka, and held various other organizing roles in multiple significant events. Ashan was also a Project Co-Chair for Manusath Handa 2021-22 at the Rotaract Club of University of Moratuwa and is currently pursuing a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Moratuwa, with a prior education in Physical Science and Mathematics at Royal College Colombo.
