AIESEC je najveća omladnska organizacija u svetu koja razvija liderstvo kod mladih. Prisutni smo u 111 država i teritorija na kojima omogućujemo mladima jedinstvena međunarodna iskustva - volonterske i stručne prakse, u saradnji s našim partnerima. 

Omogućujemo partnerskim organizacijama pristup globalnim mladim talentima koji čine pozitivan uticaj u svom okruženju. Sarađujemo sa velikim rasponom organizacija, od Fortune 500 kompanija do lokalnih preduzeća, NVO i školskih ustanova.

Tokom poslednjih sedam decenija razvili smo preko milion lidera, kako u biznisu tako i u civilnom društvu, mnoge svetske lidere i jednog dobitnika Nobelove nagrade za mir. Naši alumni članovi u svojim organizacijama i okruženju i koriste znanja i iskustva stečena u AIESEC-u da šire pozitivan uticaj.

AIESEC is the largest youth organization in the world that develops leadership among youth. Present in 111 countries and territories, we provide young people with unique international experiences - volunteer and professional exchanges, in collaboration with our partners.

We provide partner organizations with access to global young talents who make a positive impact in their environment. We work with many organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses, NGOs, and schools.

Over the last seven decades, we have developed over a million leaders, both in business and civil society, many world leaders, and one Nobel Peace Prize winner. Our alumni members in their organizations and environment use the knowledge and experience gained at AIESEC to spread the positive impact.

The Leadership Team of AIESEC in Serbia is responsible for driving the organization's strategic vision and ensuring excellence across various functions.
