Carl Baloney Jr. is an experienced leader in public affairs and policy, currently serving as the Vice President for Public Affairs and Chief Policy Officer at AIDS United since August 2015, where responsibilities include guiding strategic communication and advocacy efforts to eliminate the HIV epidemic in the United States. Prior roles include Vice President and Chief Advocacy Officer, Vice President for Policy and Advocacy, and Director of Government Affairs, focusing on congressional relations and advocacy. Previously, Carl held the position of Senior Manager of Legislative Affairs at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and served as a Senior Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. Carl Baloney Jr. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Richmond, completed in 2006.
