Jomana Elwenni is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Community.com since January 2022, Jomana focuses on enhancing organizational culture within a SaaS environment. In addition, Jomana holds the position of Advisory Board Member at Aidora, which specializes in leave management solutions. Previously, Jomana was the Director of Human Resources at Orangetheory Fitness, where foundational HR strategies were established for over 116 locations in Canada. Additional roles include Manager of Human Resources at GYMVMT and Delaware North, and operational management at Shoppers Drug Mart and Afendy Theatres. Jomana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from MacEwan University.
