Shuli Edwards is Vice President of Customer Success at Aidoc where she is responsible for increasing sustainable value for customers. At Aidoc, customer success is built on three pillars – (1) customer understanding, (2) product-workflow optimization & training, and (3) value demonstration & value realization. Shuli joined Aidoc in 2018, as employee 28, and built the customer success department at Aidoc, one of its core functions, from the ground up. Before joining Aidoc she worked in various analytic and product related positions at the Prime Minister’s Office in Israel. She holds a BSc and an MSc in Biotechnology engineering from Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva.
