Kate Felker has extensive work experience in customer success and healthcare management. Kate currently holds the position of Director, Customer Success - West (U.S.) at Aidoc, where they previously served as a Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Ambra Health as a Support Operations Manager and Senior Analyst, among other roles. Kate also gained experience in financial and operations management through the Northwell Management Associate Program at Northwell Health. Kate has a background in healthcare and demonstrated analytical skills through their role as a Summer Associate at the Northwell Healthcare Management Program. Additionally, Kate has worked as an Office Assistant at the Clinical and Translational Science Institute and as a Portfolio Management Intern at Rochester Wealth Management Group, LLC. Kate has also served as a Teaching Assistant for Intermediate Microeconomics at the University of Rochester.
