Mads Hanssen has significant experience in various leadership and advisory roles within the retail and organizational sectors. Currently serving as a Lønnsrådgiver at AIDER since October 2022, Mads previously held the position of Assisterende Sjef at MENY from July 2015 to October 2022. Mads has also contributed to the governance of organizations as a Styremedlem with Econa Kristiansand and Econa UiA. Early career experience includes roles such as butikmedarbeider at Rimi Norge and Rema 1000, as well as positions in consultancy and financial responsibilities. Mads holds a Master's degree in Innovasjon og kunnskapsutvikling from the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder and a Bachelor's degree in Økonomi og administrasjon from the same institution.
