Eva Jaanson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at AIDER since October 2022. Prior roles include Spesialrådgiver HRM at OSLO KOMMUNE BYDEL 5 FROGNER, focusing on HR strategy, competency management, leadership development, and cultural development from May 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, Eva worked as an HR-rådgiver at Oslo universitetssykehus from August 2013 to April 2019, facilitating training, cultural development processes, and providing legal advice in personnel matters. Additional experience includes roles as an HR-konsulent at Arkitektur- og designhøgskolen i Oslo and servicesjef and flytogvert at Flytoget AS, where skills in customer service and recruitment were honed.
