Oscar P. serves as an Asociado at AIDABE - Asociación Iberoamericana de Directores y Directoras de Alimentos y Bebidas since January 2021. Prior to this role, Oscar P. had a progressive career at Gate Gourmet from July 2018 to June 2021, holding positions as Process Owner Culinary and Executive Chef Innovation and Culinary Excellence. Oscar P. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EAE Business School between 2020 and 2022, and completed two courses at HarvardX on Science & Cooking, focusing on the intersection of culinary arts and science in 2020-2021. Oscar P. also holds a Grado Superior in Dirección de Cocina y Servicios de Restauración from ESHOB (Escola Superior d'Hostaleria de Barcelona), earned between 2011 and 2014.
