Yicheng (Josie) Zou has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as an Account Manager at AIC Inc. which they began in August of 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Vitro from February to April of 2022. In 2021, they served as a Pennsylvania Manufacturing Advisory Fellow at Con Yeager Spice from June to August. Yicheng also gained valuable experience as an Account Executive Intern at Saatchi & Saatchi in 2019, and as a Media Planner intern at Hunan Economic TV in 2018.

Yicheng (Josie) Zou completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Hohai University in the years 2016 to 2020. Following this, they attended the University of California, Riverside from 2019 to 2020 as part of a student exchange program, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Business Analytics from the University of Pittsburgh, from 2020 until 2022.
