Tennyson Paras is an accomplished professional in the life insurance industry, with over 15 years of experience in product development and marketing. As the Head of Products at AIA Philippines since October 2016, Tennyson leads innovative product initiatives. Previously, Tennyson served as Assistant Vice President at Pru Life UK from July 2001 to October 2016, contributing to the original product development team that introduced Variable Universal Life (VUL) insurance to the Philippines. Notable products developed include Pru Link Elite Protector 5, Pru Link Cash Flow Fund, and the LIFE CARE Series. Tennyson holds a post-baccalaureate degree in Integrated Marketing Communication Management from the College of Saint Benilde and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila.
