Gerald Andagan is a seasoned professional in the insurance and finance industry, currently serving as a Senior Unit Manager at AIA Philippines since October 2013, and a Managing Partner at North Star Finance Guides PH since July 2023. As the Founder and Managing Director of Life Wealth Navigator PH since January 2016, Gerald has focused on cultivating a leader-driven environment for insurance entrepreneurs. A member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since January 2018, Gerald has also worked as a Wealth and Life Planner at Philam Life since October 2015. Prior experience includes a role as QHSE Executive at Rickmers Group, where responsibilities involved accident investigations, audits, and risk management, alongside a tenure as a Nautical Officer on container vessels.
