Shun Lee is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Associate Director of Group Design Operations & Delivery and Associate Principal of Group UX Research at AIA since May 2021. Lee is also a member of the Design Leadership Forum and provides mentorship on ADPList.org. Previous experience includes roles as Experience Design Manager at Accenture, User Experience Associate Manager at IBM iX, and Associate UX Lead at Digitas APAC. Lee co-founded Young Guys Finance and Everlove Films, driving innovation in personal finance education and personalized storytelling, respectively. With a Bachelor of Arts (With Distinction) in Interactive Arts & Technology from Simon Fraser University, Shun Lee combines extensive design expertise with leadership in various capacities throughout a diverse career.
