Katrina Willis serves as the Senior Vice President of Supplier Relations & Marketing at AIA Corporation since January 2017. Previously, Katrina held the position of Divisional Merchandise Manager for Health Care at Sears from August 2014 to December 2016. Prior to that, Katrina was Vice President of Merchandising for both B2B and Retail Channels, and for Supplies & Furniture at OfficeMax, where responsibilities included leading a team of 20 associates and managing over $2.6 billion in annual sales, as well as handling full P&L for various retail categories. Katrina began their career at The Sports Authority, eventually becoming Vice President/Divisional Merchandising Manager, overseeing a product category team and achieving significant sales and margin goals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as studies at Northern Illinois University, The Kaleidoscope Group, LLC, and the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
