Sara Betancourth has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Sara is currently working as the Manager and Counsel at AIA Contract Documents since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP from December 2018 to April 2021. Sara also served as an Attorney at Rinella and Rinella, Ltd. from April 2018 to November 2018. Sara has extensive experience as an Attorney at Kamerlink, Stark, Powers & McNicholas L.L.C. from May 2016 to April 2018, and as a Law Clerk from November 2012 to April 2016. Sara began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Svenson Law Offices from November 2011 to April 2012.

Sara Betancourth's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Sara studied Political Science and Government during their time there, completing their degree in Political Science in 2010. Following this, Sara attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, Sara studied at DePaul University College of Law, focusing on Law as their field of study and working towards a Juris Doctor degree.
