Albert Dominic has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having held various roles since 2008. As a Team Lead at AIA Australia from January 2016 to the present, Albert has demonstrated leadership abilities in managing teams and contributing to strategic projects. Previously, at AIA Malaysia from January 2012 to December 2015, Albert served as a Senior Solution Analyst/Consultant, significantly participating in the migration and integration of legacy systems to the Integral Life System, while also supporting the Agency & Remuneration business domain. Albert's earlier roles include a System Analyst position at AXA Life Insurance, where responsibilities included conducting walkthroughs to aid in Business Requirement Specification preparation, and a Solution Analyst role at ING Insurance Bhd, focusing on requirement gathering, product launch development, and production support across multiple projects.
