Owen Dearn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent services for the technology sector. Currently, Owen serves as the Founder of Find, which partners with venture-backed businesses to enhance their hiring processes. As a Global Fellow at AI 2030 and the former Vice President of USA at 3Search, Owen has led significant growth initiatives in the B2B tech space, restructuring teams and establishing strong networks. Prior to these roles, Owen was a key contributor to X4 Technology, heading up a global Product Management & Design division and focusing on areas such as fintech and healthtech. Owen's career began at X4 Group, where noteworthy achievements included being the runner-up for highest company permanent biller in 2018. Owen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Bournemouth University.
