Suhaila Al Busaidi is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in premium banking and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Head of Premium Banking at ahlibank since February 2017, Suhaila manages and supports Relationship Managers across various branches. Prior to this role, Suhaila headed the Mazaya Segment at National Bank of Oman, focusing on customer needs and strategic client acquisition from January 2014 to January 2017. Suhaila's earlier experience includes managing multiple Premier Centres at HSBC from May 2004 to December 2013 and working at Citi as a Representative for Priority Banking Customers, where responsibilities included establishing customer databases and product pricing. Suhaila holds an M.B.A. from the University of Bedfordshire and an Advanced Banking Diploma in Banking Studies from the Oman Institute of Banking.
