Alecia Williams, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at Windy City Motorcycle Company and AHIMA, where responsibilities include supporting the full scope of Human Resources and collaborating on strategic initiatives. Previously, Alecia held the position of Human Resources Director at Reedy Industries, Inc., a leading HVAC company, and served as Human Resources Manager at Antech Diagnostics, the largest veterinary diagnostic laboratory in the U.S. Educated at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University with a Master’s in Human Resource Management, and Robert Morris University - Illinois with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Alecia Williams brings extensive expertise in Human Resources across various industries.
