Zoe Hodgkinson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board since June 2019, Zoe previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Outcomes First Group and held the position of Senior HR Advisor at Options Group. With a background that includes roles as an HR Assistant at iSOFT and an HR Officer in a healthcare company, Zoe has demonstrated a strong ability to build professional relationships with business leaders, provide high-quality advice and training, and support employee relations processes. Zoe holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University and a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Aberystwyth University.
