Thành Trần's work experience begins in 2019 when they worked as a Customer Care Officer at VeXeRe.com from July to December. In 2020, they joined Lalamove Vietnam as a Driver Operations employee from August to February of the following year. They then transitioned to a role as a Driver Operations Associate at Lalamove Vietnam in May 2021 and stayed until May 2022. Currently, Thành Trần works as a Truck Operations Executive at Ahamove starting in December 2022.

Thành Trần completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University Of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they obtained the IC3 Digital Literacy Certification from IIG Vietnam in December 2017.
